If I wanted to make a fairy tutu in an adult size (using ribbon to tie around the waist,not elastic.)

How much yardage of tulle do you usually need?

100-200 yards? Im using 100 yrds on my dds Tutu dress.get the spools of tuelle tho it's we easier

You can just unroll it and cut strips!!! So easy!

This...unless you have a really amazing rotary cutter and a very steady hand...the bolts are just a pain in the ass to cut even strips.
