So this is my latest shawl. The pattern is Hitchhiker and can be found on Ravelry if anyone wants it. I have named this one Neon Goth since I knit it with Goth Socks Yarn.
This was so simple to knit up that I just balled another skein of sock yarn to start again. Such a pretty way to use up my sock stash.

She's my mil but yeah I consider her my mom. That is what you do where I am from. Your in laws become the same as your own parents. She is real sick. Today she was taken to the hospital. It was horrible but it has become the norm for us. I am losing more weight and hopefully soon I can donate half of my liver to her or she will get a donor organ. It is really hard.
