Me and Jenn bought $85 worth of stuff at joanns's for like $40, it was awesome lol.  I would buy lots of fabric, thread, patterns, and yarn!

Wool for me! I bought the 1000 grams of wool from Walmart for 3.47$ regular 18.88$.

For sewing there is millions of free tutorials with patterns online. If your a beginner the first project I did was a faux chinelle blanket. It's so easy and you work on your straight lines. It's really easy.
