My husband is in the army, and wants his patches displayed. They're pretty much all black with velcro backs. Kind of ugly, and I don't want the feng shui of my house messed up lol, so I am trying to find a creative way to do it....does anyone have any ideas?

I took a friend of mine's and put them in a picture frame, so that they could all be displayed in one little spot. Then I gave it to her son.

shadowbox! Or a display case. There are some dark wooden ones at hobby lobby for service member items. If you are on base and have a px or clothing and sales, they have display cases there too.

What if you put them in a shadow box with some color of background that goes with the house? Like a piece of scrapbook paper that's Americana or his branch of service? Just a thought.

Grandma collects patches and attaches them al to a single jacket, which is now completely covered in them, maybe you could do something like that, or a table cover for the night stand?

I agree, I would do a shadow box. I'm doing that with all of my husbands ribbons once he retires.
