How do you find craft fairs in your area? How do you know what ones are good?
How much is typical for a table? What is too much?

usually if its a good one they will advertise everywhere. So check papers, if theres a place where people place flyers and what not. If your area has a website, check there. Its hard to tell which ones are good and which ones are, sometimes you just have to try them to find out. I usually pay between $50 - $75 for a table. It depends on how many days and what the hours are

I've found most of mine through craigslist. Also through the community newsletter.

The most I've paid is $45 for a 9X9 space.

You have to ask how much they're advertising, where it'll be located, how many of each vendor they're allowing. Also see if it is their first year or if it's a second/third/etc year.

I am new to all his too but I googled craft fairs in the area which gave me a few to look into.  Also I found  a Facebook group for my area with events and vendor shows.  These ladies are great at answering questions.
