I cut the pillows, it was a pain in the butt. There are 10 triangles and 2 rectangles and they each need to be in their own section so the shape is not ruined sitting in the chair frame.

How should I cover them with fabric?

Don't mind the mess we are rearranging again *sigh* I did one large rectangle stitch down the center and left the bottom open for cleaning. I think we will need a better thought out one later, but for now it works perfectly!

I think you should do individual seems in between each pillow and cut slits in the bottom with velcro to pull them out when it needs to be cleaned. Otherwise you did a great job.
