ladies I can.crochet pretty well but I was wondering if this would be easy? if so how would I start ? :) please and thanks!

I think it looks like it's wrapped around something not actually crocheted, but that's just me.

My aunt and grandma did something similar with hair ties. They would single or double crochet around the hair tie and then close it. It looks like they used a wooden or plastic ring inside and then crocheted around it. It should be just the same as crocheting a round a ring.

It may be tatted... Are you sure it's crocheted?

I can do quite a few crochet things ( tho my mom is better) if I look at something long enough I can usually figure it out lol
