I need to make a floor pillow for my dd to lay on the floor to watch tv. When we go to my boyfriends house we all end up in the same room and the kids end up on the floor and dd always falls asleep. Anyway i know how i am making it, i want to know what material i should use? Any suggestions would be helpful.
I bought material that was on sale at joanns and my bfs mom said nooooo no no no. Its not strong enough and wont wash well... so now i need new material.

Maybe a durable cotton corduroy? Or a thick broadcloth, or maybe like what khaki pants are made from? You could do terrycloth (like what towels are made from), probably! :)

I am going to buy some quilt filling and put it between two fleece throws. Then just whip it together. But I am not a skilled sewer....
