Have you tried Etsy for a digital copy?

It's a website. They didn't have it.

The lady who said she would make the dress, said she needed a Pattern and I can't seem to find one!

I would look for a Victorian dress pattern. You should be able to alter it for the occassion, as far as fabric.

I was in luck, I found a secret Santa workshop website and a really nice gentleman had one brand new for sale and he gave me a wonderful deal on it, I just got it in the mail this past Saturday so I am super excited to wear it at my next event and thank you everyone for the great advice!

btw: instead of the soft velvet fabric, this one did come with a silk type dress, so I will have to have it worked on,possibly next year for that!
