It's hard to believe the week is already half over!!

Today I worked, got Ryan off to school. Kyle and me went to shoprite for a few things. Back home now... after Ryan gets out of school I will make them lunch and head off to the park! It's beautiful outside today! Supposed to be 60!

School and my mission of keeping DD on task... uggg

DS1 and I head to the dojo for an extra workout. He wants to go to his first tournament this weekend and Sensei will decide tonight if he's ready.

I'm working, and my son has a hockey practice tonight. I'll probably have some work this evening too, and I'll probably head to the gym while the kid is at hockey practice.

So excited for softball practice today!  I'm like a kid, I swear.  I got up early, made sure I had my equipment in the car, got my change of clothes...I'm set!

Thanks!  I'm so torn on this tournament - it's a REALLY BIG regional one. 

I want him to go because I think he needs it to stay motivated and he IS working hard, but I'm not entirely sure he's ready.  I'm kind of afraid he will suck and it will hurt his confidence but I will trust Sensei's judgement. Only way to know is to try!

Also, it's HORRIBLE of me but I really don't want to spend the money on it. It's over 1 1/2 hr drive from home so the gas, food and spectator fees for all of us are going to hurt. I really wish he had found a smaller local tournament to be his first one.

My son has an out of town hockey tournament this weekend, and so I hear you completely about the money. We have to stay at a resort hotel, but at least the hotel has reasonable rates. I've been kind of stressing about money too all month because of it (and his AAA hockey team registration was due this past Monday too)...LOL

Not a whole lot. I just took the kiddo to his friends house. I worked this morning and I have a little cleaning to get done. I will also get some more laundry done. I am not sure when I will be picking up the kiddo. Dinner will be in the oven soon.
