What is your go to  food before games and practices.   I looking for ideas. I have bottomless pit to feed. He is milk intolerant and allergic to chocolate.

My son is always starving after football practice. I find that giving him a protein bar before practice helps. Its small enough that he doesnt get a stomachache from exercising on a full stomach but is high enough in protein that he isnt hungry plus it gives him energy because its high in carbs as well

Hard boiled egg, toast with a nut spread (peanut butter, almond or sun butter, etc.) or hummus with whole grain pita.

Protein bars are good.
