I try to go to the gym at least 5 times a week and get on the treadmill. Sometimes I make it there more but not always. I walk at least 2 miles at the time....sometimes more. :)

Once I whip out my cricut later to make this poster I will be starting this one!!
I usually work out 6 hours a week, 2 hours on three days. I do a few weights, a spin class, the 45 min on the elliptical.
I've seen that around and people say that it works.

No.I bike ride and do a lot of walking
Not right now. I was doing the couch to 5K program this summer while I was off of work. I also do yoga at times but it's harder for me to find time to workout through the school year.
Not really. I do my exercise video games every so often.
