
I try to go to the gym at least 5 times a week and get on the treadmill. Sometimes I make it there more but not always. I walk at least 2 miles at the time....sometimes more. :)

I am paid to walk someone's dog so we do 2~2 1/2 miles twice a week and then I walk my own dog a few times a week. Each lap around the block is 1/2 mile so Id say at least 3~4 miles a week with Coco.
Sometimes I workout on the bag at home or do tae~bo or just situps, pushups, but not as much as I was...I need to do more!
I usually work out 6 hours a week, 2 hours on three days. I do a few weights, a spin class, the 45 min on the elliptical.
Not right now. I was doing the couch to 5K program this summer while I was off of work. I also do yoga at times but it's harder for me to find time to workout through the school year.
