Do you pick up other kids to take them to sports or after school activities?

We have a full vehicle all by ourselves, but on Sundays (and sometimes Wednesdays) we take two vehicles to church and pick up my SIL and her kids on the way.  Sometimes I run a "taxi" service and drop my family off, then go pick up another family if he's at work and has the car.

Not all the time but we have helped others out and others have helped us out.

Last year during basketball we split practice driving with our son's best friend's parents. They took the boys on Tuesday nights we took them on Thursday nights. Not sure if we will do the same thing this year yet.

yes we did carpool with another family that lived very close to us =) it's so helpful!

No.. we do not do anything which would require carpooling.

Not usually.  Our car is so full, we usually don't have the room!
