All sports at elementary school age are done through youth leagues. Grades and cost all differ depending on the sport. In my area there are youth leagues for baseball/softball, football, wrestling, basketball, soccer and tennis.

No, sports are through the community ed at rec centers and at some schools.

My son's elementary school did coordinate with community ed to offer some soccer classes after school. I think the cost was like $55.

Not technically- but it's a charter school and they pay for some of the kid's sports - but it's not a school team.
