Tracking exercises are actually easy to do at home. I did it for yrs as a kid fomlowing surgery for a muscle imbalance. I'm about to start them again since over time and through using the computer so much at work, my eye muscle has lengthened again.

How old is she? Have you gotten a second opinion? I was told my son had tracking and convergence issues but a second opinion said no. And now he's 5 and reading 4th grade books so yeah, I'm glad I didn't listen!
