Have any of you noticed that when you eat good, you feel good. I've been watching my calories and counting fiber over the last three weeks. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I feel great. I cheat sometimes, like last night when I had a cookie at mcalisters. But for the most part I'm eating much healthier. Do you feel that way too? How are y'all doing on your eating? Healthy or not-so-healthy?

jamie once you start to eat smaller portions your stomach will shrink and it will easy, it is hard for awhile though :(

I definately notice it. My body feels better, but my mood also improves - I think it's because I feel better about myself.

I just started weight watchers (made another post on it) because I have BAAAD eating habits... even when I have done good, I would stupidly reward myself with food ha ha... so that has to change!

I definitely find this to be true!

When I eat healthier, I have more energy and overall feel better.  This is even more true, when I am active.  For me, there is nothing worse than not leaving the house in the course of a day.  It both inhibits activity as well as makes it hard to stay out of the kitchen and stop snacking.
