Dear Ladies,

Just found these positive mantras on another site and wanted to share them with you. I have got a few of them on post-it notes around my house and they are really helping me to get out of the negative mindset I have developed after 2 years TTC. Choose a few favourites and say them to yourself a few times every day. If you practise yoga breathing exercises or meditation, they can be wonderful ideas to focus on as you breathe, creating lots of positive energy. I hope they help some of you! xx

I trust my body

I feel deeply calm and relaxed

I am emotionally balanced

Each day I feel more peaceful and in control

I am patient and know my baby will come to me at the perfect time

I feel safe and secure

Each day I feel fitter and healthier

It feels good to nourish my body with wholesome food

I joyfully anticipate conceiving and nurturing my baby

I feel whole and feminine

I feel ready for parenthood

I am able to relax and go with the flow

I feel confident in my ability to nurture and love my baby

I trust mother nature

I feel physically and emotionally ready for a baby in my life

There is space in my life for a baby

I feel deeply connected with my body

I am able to communicate honesty and sensitively with my partner

I welcome my emotions, knowing they are serving me

I am open to receiving on every level

I deeply trust myself and my intuition
