Toning shoes

Do you own any of these walk/run to a better bottom shoes, or know someone who does? What's your opinion, do they work?

I was thinking about trying a pair, not sure if it's worth it. There's so many brands and styles. What do you think?

I have the Kmart brand and I really enjoy them.  It takes a while to get used to them but once you do, you don't even notice the curviture in the bottom.  If you buy them be very careful going up and down stairs until your balance adjusts.

I'm too clumsy! I'd break my ankle...again LOL

Plus, I'm not convinced they are good for you, not saying they wouldn't work, but I'm not sure how I feel about them as far as support and health of your feet/back, etc....

But, I only wear shoes if I have to. I love oging barefoot!

LOL! I'm not surprised to hear you prefer to go barefoot; you seem down to earth like that :) I'd go barefoot if I could, but I have to wear a special lift in my shoe for my back, boooo! I've had a specific Reebok pair in mind, but they keep coming out with new ones and I'm not keeping up!

I love going barefoot.  It can be freezing outside and my husband has to fight me to put on slippers!

Oh it's a mess around here.  We have been together for 22 years now and I still forget to put something on my feet!  I grew up playing barefoot as a kid.  When I met him I could walk barefoot of blacktop in the middle of July without flinching.  Rocks were never an issue for me, running in the woods barefoot....  Now I'm not allowed to walk on lanoleum barefoot, forget walking outside!  UGH it drives me nuts!!!  I have to get my barefoot time in while he's at work (just don't let him know OK).

I don't go barefoot outside. I'll go on my porch barefoot, but that's it. But the instant I'm inside-the shoes come off!

(of course-like a good flybaby I usually put shoes on in the morning to do my chores! LOL)

But as soon as the choores are done or I come in from outside-the shoes come off!

I bought a pair yesterday and I have to return them. I wore them in the house for about 10 minutes and my back still hurts from them.  Oh well, it gives me another reason to go shopping. My husband didn't get me anythign for mothers' day other than saying that I could use 500 of taxes to buy new clothes, which we were planning to do anyways. Last year, he let em have 300 for mothers day shopping, but most of the stuff doesn't fit me since I had my baby may 21st.
