New or Used?

Mostomeschool moms I know are rather frugal. Many buy most or all of their famiy's clothing used. We buy used books, used cars (or mini vans LOL)

I def believe like the Duggars in this area "Buy used, sve the difference" But there are some things I won't buy used.

It got me to thinking-what will you not buy new because it's a waste of money? What will you not buy used cause that's just gross?

Not that I can afford it right now, but I would NEVER buy a brand new car.

I won't buy used underwear or shoes.

I love used books.

I love getting good deals on used clothes (I bought a cute dress I wore on Mother's Day for only $1.20!!! $1.20 for a whole outfit!)

Kids clothes we often buy used as well as books, etc. Undies are always new as well as most of our shoes. Both of our vehicles are used.

I love buying used books.. and used clothes too, i love a good deal! I would never ever ever buy used underwear or socks.. i have bought used shoes, but rarely... i love shopping at old thriftstores and i really love consignment shops.. i also drive a used van ....
