What are you reading right now?

Right now I am reading:

Step out and take your place

Warrior Prayers

The book of household management

Love & war devotional for couples (don't bother!)

We shall see God (based on Spurgeon's sermons about Heaven)

And, of course, my Bible

(and lots of Beatrix Potter LOL)

What are YOU reading?

OMG... Some of you read more than one book at a time?  Not me... can't do it.. I focus on one and that's it... how do you do it???  Currently I'm reading "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind"  I'm seriously slow with reading these days... and its such a good book, just not a lot of time :(

"Reading Magic" By Mem Fox --At first it annoyed me because she says parents shouldnt teach. teachers should teach... but I feel I am learning more about the "learning to read process" its NOT all about phonics! Which yes, the book has scared me even more into questioning if I have the ability to teach!

1-2-3 Magic for Christian Parents (ages 2-12)-- Very good book about using counting & "time outs" and other things to help with discipline.

I will finish these up first (its taken to long to read them, oops) then I want to borrow "well trained mind" from the library & will most likely have to buy "The Three R's"

When will I read a nice relaxing book!? ..... Right now all I can think about is homeschooling & parenting!
