jackie clay- growing and canning your own food is the best canning one i have!
the make a mix cookbooks are fantastic, ive used them for years.
for everyday stuff the better homes and garden ones are great
joy of cooking is another oldie i use

Oh, my head is spinning. I collect cookbooks and I love them! I mostly use my vegetarian cookbooks. I have 2 from PETA that I love, about 4 from the Moosewood collective, Witch in the kitchen is fun because it goes by seasons. I don't usually use the full recipes, I read them for inspiration. I also have a few kid centered cookbooks, sesame street has one called C is for cooking and it's very wonderful! I have made some very interesting finds at thrift stores.
