Where do you grocery shop?

Just wondering where do you do most of your grocery shopping?

For me I do most of my shopping at WalMart.  I get all of my cleaning supplies for work from Target... and when I can I hit Aldi because its sooo cheap (just not close)

WalMart. That is pretty much the only option. We do have 2 VERY small grocery stores, but the selection is nil.

We have a lot of options so we stay as far from walmart as we can. Despite how close it is to our house. Last time I checked it was a corporate villain. http://news.change.org/stories/8-reasons-we-should-fight-to-keep-walmart-out-of-our-major-cities I know we do what we gotta do, but I just can't do walmart. It helps that I have choices and I know some don't. I choose trader Joe's, Winco (their rep may not be that stellar either) and a local butcher. farmer's markets when I can, but I'm on a budget and the closest market does not have a great selection. Feel free to delete my reply, I am painfully aware of how much cafemom loooves walmart.

Kroger mostly, for the fuel points.

If not at Kroger then I shop at Walmart.

Safeway for most things food related and Target for those that are not. I do try to avoid Wal-Mart at all costs. We get a lot of our produce through a local produce co-op called Bountiful Baskets.

About 95% of my shopping gets done at Kroger...their prices here are a good bit cheaper. I do some at Publix when they have good B1G1 things I need. The few things that I cannot get at Kroger or Publix or that are more expensive there, I grab at Walmart.

there are many grocery stores around us. the one closest to us is in a small town and hugely overpriced. I work two towns over and shop mostly at county market there. and walmart. itis cheaper andwith my husband being disabled without any kind of income I do whats best for cheapest.

You are right. After kicking the dirt it occurred to me that you have 4 children as well as you and your dh. I forget that I am in the minority with my one child. Despite it's reputation I'm pretty sure that wal-mart would appeal to me a great deal if I was budgeting for a large family.

Sams, Walmart, $1stores, Whole Foods Market, and quick runs if we need something to Kroger/Tom Thumb since they're close.
