is it easy law wise to homeschool?

do you have to do anything special?

do you have to follow the homeschool law of the state you are from or the state or country you are stationed at?

We are ex-military and live in the highest populated area for military, so I tend to know a thing or two about military families.  :)

Home schooling can be a perk for military families in that your child gets a consistent education, if you tend to move a lot.  So when it comes to the laws, it just depends on the law in your state that you are stationed at.  You must follow the home schooling laws of the state you are in, not your "home" state.  Although, I know some RV families who travel the country and simply obey the laws of the state in which their RV is licensed in, which is usually their home state.  However, that doesn't apply to military families.  ;)

There isn't anything "special" you have to do.  Like a public or private school institution, you would "enroll" within 30 days of moving, so with home schooling, you'd just comply with the law within 30 days of living in the state you have relocated to.  Pretty simple.

Does that help?
