Before I introduce the idea of deschooling/ unschooling, I am going to keep trying to get Cody to do his homeschool work. On Friday we did no work. We looked through the books and I let Cody chose what he wanted to learn about. Well we will see how it goes.

Sounds good! Sometimes, a good schedule and some control can really motivate a kid. LOL
