I have a special needs child whom the school district is failing horibly. I want to start home schooling. How do I go about it?

there is a woman named Kate Robotham Conway she runs the Cape Cod breastfeeding Mommies group on FB and a site calle MyMammasMilk.com I know her from support groups for nursing and she homeschools her kids, maybe you could get in touch with her and she would deff answer your questions.
