For what grade level?

For upper elementary, I'd suggest Apologia, if you use Christian materials.

We are getting ready to learn about the human body. Is that different from anatomy? We found a bunch of books at the library, and there are some magic school bus ones that are neat.

Funny - I JUST received an email from homeschool bits. They have 36 human body fact cards available on CurrClick for $0.50.  Obviously, not a lesson in itself, but definitely fun and good for reinforcement, and some jumping-off ideas.

upper grades 13 and a couple 14s, we are using the general science apologia, making a unit study out of it, today we are gona lay down on large paper and everyone will trace their bodies and then fill them in with the pieces we will make out of that foam stuff!
