We like to do 2 fairs a year that are held for HS'ers in our state - a science fair and an international (geography) fair. It's challenging because the kids have to explain their research and they have to make presentations. They are lots of fun.

Furthermore, I love teaching science in our co-ops. This semester (which ends this Friday) we built battery operated cars from scratch. It was lots of fun! For the class we used Snap Circuits which were a lot of fun, somewhat challenging.

We like doing lapbooks which can be as challenging as you want!

we like to do PowerPoint's, experiments for science(esp. the ones that blow up), writing songs and putting music to them then recording them on the equip. we have for that purpose, practising the star spangled banner and america the beautiful plus the other teams theme county or state song and singing them at games, putting debates together(sometimes they really get into it!)
