State or residence question.

So we are a military family and move around a lot. We have kept a residence at my husbands parents address. We just keep it on our license and stuff so it is easier come time to do tags and all.

So when it comes time to homeschool will we follow the state we live in or what our permenant residence is. Right now we are stationed in the same state, but most likely by the time she is in kindergarten we will be moved, maybe to the other side of the country. Im hoping we can just stick with this one state cause the laws are easy and it would help if we didn't have to redo everything when we moved around.

I would think you would fallow the laws of the state you are in!

I'm almost positive that you must follow the laws of the state you are living in at the time.
