He is one of my very favorite childrens authors. My dd read a few of his books in K. So far I can only think to read his books all day, maybe talk in nonsense backwards rhymes.
Next year I want to get our library to have a dr Seuss party. What are you doing?

We are just going to talk about authors and illustrators, talk about his style of writing and rhyme, read a few of our favorites. Maybe we will do something with painting the cat in the hat if we have time.

We had green eggs and ham (and waffles) but we didn't eat them sitting on a box while talking to a fox. Or something like that. My book is missing. 8(

We also have reading comprehensions to do today on his life.
