Welcome to the group.  My DH and I have 15 children (all home educated). They range in age of 32 (almost) down to age 14.  My 14 yr old is my last one to school as all the others are finished now.  We also have 27(so far) grandchildren of whom many are already being educated at home. They are ages 12 down to newborn.

Hi I've been homeschooling my oldest since he was in 3rd grade and he is now in 6th grade. My other 3 kids have been homeschooled since kindergard. My next to the oldest son is now in 4th grade and my twins are in 3rd grade. My youngest isn't old enough yet. I started homeschooling my oldest son because of bullies and didn't like how he was treated by some of the teachers. All my kids are mixed (white and black) so, I just said that's enough I'm tired of him getting picked on. Then about a week later I started homeschooling him. I decided to not even put my other kids through the hastle and homeschooled them from the beginning. I really think it's better for them and for me. That way I can see what they are learning and monitor them in class.
