Everyone here is raving about Fifty Shade of Grey. I have no clue what its about or why its so good. All I know is that its a trilogy. Other than that, all I can suggest is my favorite author's books. Ted Dekker. He's awesome! I've read so many of his books, they're so good!!

I keep hearing about 50 also, but it's not my style. (I've heard it's basically soft core porn)

Ted decker, I'll check him out. What genre is he, normally? Mystery, romance, etc? I don't even know what I like! Lol! I did just finish the hunger games trilogy. It was very good even though I was skeptical.

Oh gosh I had no idea that's what it was about!!! Not my style either!!! Forget that I ever said anything about that.

Ted Dekker is a Christian suspense thriller mystery type. I can sit down and read one of his books in three or four days. Last one I read was immanuels veins. Omg I could so read it again!!!!!

Lol! Although I've heard it is good, besides the sexual factor, it turns me away just knowing it is an erotic book. It's just not my style.

I do like suspense and mystery :)

Adam, skin, the bonemans daughter, and immanuels veins are good. My husband loves the circle series, but I'm not a fan. I want to also read kiss, I heard that's good too:)

Lol, there is nothing 'soft' about it! Hehehe

I'm re-reading oneo f my childhood favorites The Scarlet Pimpernel. I got it for free on kindle. It's set during the time of the French Revolution. There qas an English lord who everyone thought was an idiot, but he was actually the leader of a small group of wealthy lords who perform daring rescues of the French aristocracy. Next up i have the Hungr Games series and i'll be re-reading the Girl With The Dragon Tatoo series. I read A LOT! Lol. I read about 2 books a day, usually i have one more serious read and one romance/paranormal romance for my mindless reads..hehehe. It keeps me sane!

I don't mind erotic fiction, but it's not my first choice, so 50 Shades is not on my TBR (To Be Read) list.

I'm waiting for Fair Game by Patricia Briggs (urban fantasy) from my library, as well as Lover Reborn, the lastest Black Dagger novel by JR Ward (paranormal romance). While I wait, I'm plowing through the unread stuff on my Nook, especially some old Regency romances by Georgette Heyer - so much fun! - and some straight fantasy I picked up.

I also do some slush pile reading for a small publisher, and they just heaped several manuscripts on me this week. I'm hoping for a gem somewhere in there.

OMG! I love The Scarlet Pimpernel! The scene where she walks up the stairs and doesn't see him drop to his knees behind her makes me all swoony every time I read it.

I was addicted to the book and movie (the one staring the blonde guy from Gone With The Wind) all through highschool, my friends all thought i was weird...lol..but the book is so vivid and i sooo wanted to be one of the guys doing the daring rescues, with a sense of humor! Lol. I've never met anyone who had actually read it before!
