At that age you play with them & talk to them, you never want to try to structure learning with a little one that age.
Very good advice from usmom3... How To Home School The Pre-K student
just do what you normally do! and read to your child as much as you can! play play play!
Blocks, colors, shapes, letters, numbers, Leap Frog Phonics DVD's and Starfall.com. You can get great clues from the website and video's. Animals, plants, families, and planets are fun to teach them about. Our two year old daughter knows all her ABC's and the sounds they make, basic colors and shapes, can use a computer mouse very well, maneuver's her way around on Starfall.com, and loves to paint, make playdough barbie food or cut out animal shapes. She is learning to put letters together to create words now and to add numbers. She can count to 10 and recognizes those numbers. I am working with her in our Brainquest workbook. I am so impressed. Now that she is almost three she can match and understand things like which things are alive (like a plant) and which are not (like a chair), and circle correct answer. Hope this helps and encourages you! :)
