Break times

What is it you do when you take a break from ......  Whatever?

 Do you need/want them?

Do you just sit and relax, or cook? Do you sing? Sit outside and breathe the wonderful fresh air?

 Also....

How many breaks do you take?

I guess I usually sit either on the back steps or in my lawn chair in the front yard (depends on the time and why I'm breaking).

I probably need more than I take, but I want to take less.

I sit outside, sometimes read, sometimes pray, sometimes I walk around ranting, but almost always outside.

I have 3 "scheduled" "breaks" and they are when I talk to dh on the phone: morning, lunchtime, and on his way home from work.

I go outside and read for at least 1 hour each night. After the kids are in bed, while DH is at school (until midnight) i sit outside with my decaff coffee my book and zone out! Keeps me sane. I don't care what the house looks like, i like to have time with no phones, computers, kids, hubby, etc. soothing...and i can indulge in my secret addiction paranormal/urban/fantasy romance novels! Hehehe
