Well I never thought that my kids would be able to accomplish this past week what they did accomplish.  My 4 oldest had written reports to do, each on a different subject.  My 16 yr old had 65,000 words on psychology, my 15 yr old had 45,000 words on the military, all branches and the wars they were in with all their vital statistics, my 13 yr old had 25,000 words on Aerodynamics and the contributions made by the Wright Brothers and a written opinion of when the origin of the first flight made with special attention to the contributions by Alexander Graham Bell and my 11 yr old had 15,000 words on the History of Animation, the History of TerryToons by Paul Terry and the History of the Warner Brothers with the contributions from Walt Disney.

OMG!!   They did this in less than a week!!   I am just sooo proud of them.   YAY!  :)

 Thank You.  :)

Shhhhhhhh ~~  We don't want the kids to know. lol  They would freak out. To them, this is normal.  This is what they do every end of school year assingment. They have written reports to do.  You should hear them talk about what they learned through their research. They get so animated and expressive. :)  When they start describing to their dad and I what is in their reports, they remember and retain so much more. We tailor each kid with their special interests they were interested in for that year.   We decided early on that we wanted them ready for college work when they graduated. So far, it seems we have achieved our goal.  :)
