My kids all love their science classes. LOL!

Science is always popular in our house, as is history and computer programming.

I can't get my 10 yr old dd out of books. We have a rule that they need to read a nonfiction for every fiction. My dd ran with that. I think she read every biography in the library in a month. LOL! She would check 3 out, then return them in a day or two.

My MIL tried saying she's not comprehending them. She began quizing her on a book they had both read. My dd corrected my MIL on what happened in the book. LOL

When I was a kid to get us to read my Mom would let us stay up as late as we wanted as long as we where reading. needless to say we went to school many a day with little to no sleep!

Yes!  My DD's favorite time to read is when my DS is in bed and the house is quiet.  She stays up past 11 sometimes.  No problem with me...no alarm clock waking us up.
