What is it like teaching classical style?

I really like the look of the grammer years from the Well trained mind, but when I look at the logic years (grade 5-8)  it looks soooo complicated.  Anyone working through these years and figured it out?

YES! We are doing the classical method. We use classical conversations and it makes the process so easy, stick in the sand methods, and so many recourses! http://www.classicalconversations.com/ Seriously, you have to look into this program!

We are using parts of the method. Good books for history and literature. Science has encyclopedias, I'd like more living books, though. We are not learning Latin, but a modern language. So we use what works and leave out what doesn't.
