 recess or breaks during the day  from schooling stuff?

I let them play in the am after breakfast.  We start between 9 and 10.  We take a break about an for lunch and she will play until her sister is done with lunch.  She then finishes her 1 hour left of the day and then an hour to complete her re-inforcement activitie and assigned reading.  Then she is freee to play.  All total her school day runs about 4 hours including "homework".
