Reading

I love to read!   In fact, I try and read everything I can. I read all kinds of books from love and romance to western to historical romance to real life to theology and even Bible history.  My husband is even more of an avid reader than I am. We even have managed to pass down to a few of our kids our passion for reading. 

Now, my question to you ladies is....

Do you like to read and what genre's hold your interest?  Do you have an interest in just one genre or do you love reading everything like I do?  :)

Im pretty much like that. I love to read. My family however doesn't hold the same interest.

I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND books by NY Times Best Seller Ridley Pearson. He is a local and many of his books are true fiction about my town and friends!!!!

 What are you reading on simple living?  If I may ask?  I try to live simple but it is so difficult to do.  lol

I know how that is. I grew up being the only avid reader in my family. Only one or 2 of my kids like to read.

How well known is this guy? He sounds familiar.  What are some of his books?

I am a TOTAL bibliophile!I would literally go insane without reading at least 1 hour/day. But usually I read 2 books a day on average. Usually after he kids go to bed, I bundle up and sit on our porch (rain or shine) and read in the peace & quiet. I read a lot of science books, but also I'm into escapism - murder mystery, sci-Fi, romance, paranormal romance, etc. as long as its a great story, I'm hooked!

I don't like cheesy romance novels, like those with Fabiola covers. But I do like ones that have a strong storyline where the romance is just a piece of the story.
