What are your field trips this week?

 We will be going to the park this week to film the "Mayflower" setting sail across the ocean (stream) for the kids movie making class.

Just relatives this week

We have relatives in town, but won't actually be able to meet up with them until Thursday.  Which is the ONLY day we will be able to see them.  They are spending a bunch of time at the hospital with Grandpa (he's been in more than a month now), and then seeing some other family that is here too.

We do have volunteer opportunity on Wednesday night packing boxes for Thanksgiving dinner for underpriviledged families.  My kids NEED to learn to give back and be grateful for what they have.

model train program at the Science museum of VA.  We will also watching an i-max movie on trains as well.  We can't wait.

We are taking Thanksging cards to the Senior Center.

We went to the Zoo this past Friday and DD who is 2 and a half....LOVED IT!!! I think seeing all the animals she's been learning about up close and personal, thrilled her to no end! lol

 Grocery store for Thanksgiving shopping & library for book club.

No field trips here. Just planning on shopping for Thanksgiving and letting the kids enjoy their friends before the big Turkey Day. :)

Hmm.. older dd(5) and I went to get out hair cut today and we will all be going to Walmart tomorrow for the ingredients that are missing for Thanksgiving dinner. Wednesday will be spent cooking and baking. :) does that count as home ec?
