OT completely: I have a question - I am officially starting homeschooling on Monday - but I am going to have to bring up the subject with my ex husband. He isn't on the supportive side of homeschooling - and sees nothing wrong with the public school system. Which he has never been involved in schools like I have. What are some of the best ways to get someone to understand that this is what could honestly be best for the child. Thank you in advance!!!

If he can't fight it legally, then I'd probably wait till the kids finished a project Then show him. Guys like visible, tangible things.

Legally he can't fight me on the issue.  I want to let him know what we will be doing, I would like to have some hard background evidence of how great homeschooling can be for a child.

Quoting cjsmom1:

Can he fight you for making this decision? Show him test scores for your area. Articles showing that area schools are failing the kids.
