We will be having our 100th lesson week after next. I have been trying to think about something fun for all of us to do to celebrate.
I would love to hear some of your ideas.
Hm...like what exactly?
Do you want to do activities that celebrate 100? Like bake 100 cookies? Make pancakes shaped like a 1-0-0?
Those are both great ideas. I know that we will not be doing much schoolwork that day. We are just going to do fun stuff all day.
I think we will do the pancakes shaped like 100. My daughter will love that. The boys would probably enjoy talking about the 100 memories of HS (if we can come up with that many since we've just started). We may do 100 reasons why we like HS instead. I think we may also do a dress wacky day or something like that.
I am going to look for some ideas online as well.
Thank you ladies.
We are still making a list of things we will be doing. I'll let you know what I come up with.
How I wish we could take a trip to the zoo or beach..lol. The bad thing about living in a small town is that in order to do anything you have to drive 2 hours..
We may go to Mt. Cheaha (highest place in alabama) and take a picnic lunch. We may count 100 leaves, 100 sticks, etc...lol.
Quoting oredeb:
party!!! games, food and fun!!
watch a video
go on a special field trip
art project
trip to the beach
trip to the zoo
nature walk include packs and a lunch
trip to the park
sounds like fun!!!!
