It is the burn out no one talks about... Lunch fatigue syndrome. I get tired of the same thing week after week.

Quesadillas

Soup

leftovers from dinner

Peanut butter and jelly

Tyson chicken nuggets on occasion

Lunch meat, cheese, and crackers

Grilled cheese

Hot dogs occasionally

Bagle/biscuit/english muffin/ tortilla pizzas

These are always served with a fruit and/or a raw veggie

I've been looking for new ideas as well so i am glad you posted!

I usually make a little extra for supper for leftovers. We don't eat them every day. Some days, we have sandwiches.

I love some of these ideas. I hate trying to figure out what to do for our lunches even on the weekends. I need to put these in a word document for reference!

My kids are huge breakfast eaters so lunches have a tendency to be a bit smaller around here:

Cheese quesadillas with chips n salsa

Soup with homemade bread and salad

Cheese cubes, crackers and fruit

Grilled cheese sandwiches with smoothies

Leftovers

We are really simple eaters so the kids actually don't mind having a lot of the same foods for lunch each day.
