The homeschooling group I have joined on big tent is trying to set up a small convention/ resource swap in the ft Meade area this May. The location is nit set yet.
Vendor tables ate to be $10. The idea is to have small sales tables, a games table, a science fair table and some lectures/ discussion forums.
So far we have one lecture on how to set up homeschooling binders, one on how to do calligraphy, and one on the history of cartooning from cave walls to WwII
Plane art.
Honestly we are at a loss here. Does anyone have any ideas for lectures or classes? Home much would you be willing to pay to attend? Would you even attend? Does there need to be food?
None of us have done this before. So any ideas will be welcome.

I'm not in that area but you could try lectures on multiple children homeschooling.
