8th grade Science standards are:
My children older two are in 7th grade this year and have done a little of both grades this year.
I'm using Mr. Q's Advanced Chemistry for science for 7th grade. It's pretty much kitchen science because all the labs are cooking.
I think Apologia has a middle school "general science" that covers all of those fields?
On that note, in most public schools science is still integrated in middle school, so a general science may be a good idea. If you are going for "depth" over "breadth", you could do a rotation of life science, earth science, and physical science (one field per year).

I am a Home Schooling, Vaccinating, Non spanking, Nightmare Cuddling, Dessert Giving, Bedtime Kissing, Book Reading, Stay at Home Mom.
