Hey Ladies,

So, I'm interested in testing my son for "placement". I'm just curious where he is now in the beginning of our hs journey so I can track how he progresses. I'm curious if any of you have used MindSprinting's test. My 10 year old has passed the 4, 5 and 6th grade reading tests. I'm giving him a break and we will keep going until we figure out his "grade" level. We will do the same for math.

Do you think their test is accurate? Have you used the tutoring service as a supplement?

I myself have not used this one or any other testing websites, However, I do use the SAT books and the GED books to "test where my kids are as far as knowing what their weaknesses are and their strengths. This way we can bolster what needs to be bolstered and further strengthen what is already strong.

I used it years ago when it was free to use. I believe it was accurate in its test.
