 Lately, sadly it is just hiding in a dark room in complete quiet...
Normally, it is reading a book, sometimes even playing games with the kids.
My favorite way tho is to go running. I just haven't been able to in years since I haven't had anyone to watch the kids for me for a few hrs so I can go for a run. The treadmil just doesn't cut it :(.

I love to do counted cross stitch.  It's like therapy for me.  I have to take at least a little time everyday to work on a project or I turn into a crazy lady.  

This is a project I completed awhile back and I STILL have to frame it.  :)

I have horses and go riding. When I get back I am so relaxed!

I have always wanted to learn some yoga, but have never gotten around to it.  (Like so many other things in my life lol).  I think it would be beneficial for my kids too.

 I am slowly seeing improvement in my youngest from his yoga lessons.  He'll tell me "I'm being a 'gadfly' again, Mommy, Gonna go do my Polar Bear pose."  (adorable!!) When he comes back he's much more focused.
