SOS Need Recommendations on Keyboarding Curriculum

I have a 7 and 9 year old that need to work on their basic keyboarding skills (home row, typing letters, punctuation, etc) and having a hard time either finding an online or program to purchase that would be good for them.  We have tried Dance Mat Typing, but they get very frustrated with it.  We need something that is simple and easy for them.  We primarily use our MacBook for our computer usage (that's another problem is finding keyboarding curriculum that will work with it, it is a 2006 model).  Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I've downloaded Typing Instructor for Kids 5 from Amazon. It works well. But we need to practice more!

I'm pretty sure this is what we had the first time. We got rid of our desktop so I need to purchase something for windows 7.
