You have glue on your table, papers scattered on the floor.  3 kids at the table working, 2 in the playroom and lunch on the stove. Oh and everyone is still in pj's

baking, stop motion movie making, clay sculpting, YouTube video watching & playing games (board games or video games) are all part of your day & count as learning!

Your child tells the waitress not to bring the bill yet because he still needs to figure out how much it will come to and the change we'll get back, it's a "test"!

Your child says let's go outside and do science today (on Saturday!)

Your kids jump around like it's Christmas yelling "The books came! The books came!"

You know the UPS man by first name because he brings you books so often. (the last time he came he stood in the driveway and chatted for 20 minutes)

There is tape stuck to everything!

Your kitchen not only contains dinner, but also caterpilars growing next to the stove (because it is the warmest place in the house), clay pots drying in the window seal, and a moldy piece of fruit you are not 'allowed' to throw away. (because it is an experiment)

Paper is a prized commodity, that is rationed out on a daily basis..and everyone has their own hiding place.

There has been a chrysalis (made of paper) hanging from your living room ceiling for 2 weeks and you are not allowed to take it down until the butterfly emerges.

When science class consists of eating a snack on the trampoline while studing cloud formations.

It's 8:30, it's pouring down raining and were all still snuggled under the covers.

I love the books one.  My kids jump around excitedly everytime a package arrives! :)

I love it when a field trip is out in the backyard looking for bugs and plants! Or we go for a walk and try to find all the barking dogs in the neighborhood...I think we counted up to ten each time or she counts all the bricks in the wall outside our neighborhood...DD is into counting everything! lmao
