Hi, well I sent the superintendent a letter via certified mail my end of the year report, which is required in my state. I also sent the letter of intent, with the state laws mentioned I said that I don't want home visits. I told them the case that was won to rule against home visits. They received it Friday at 11:06 am. I told them that they can contact me through writing if necessary and to send me a hard copy of my approval. Well, the ball is in their court. Wish us luck, bye for now.

As long as you are following the law they can bitch and moan all they want.  :)  Hope they stay off your back now!

I think that was a great move on your part! Now they know that you are no push over & you know your rights.

They put me through so much, try to tell me 5 hours a day, gym daily they said they wanted to come over and see how things are set up. It was crazy and stressful on both me and Destinay.

You get tired of being stepped on from the school district.
