I'm feeling a little guilty. This pregnancy has been harder especially the last few days. I haven't done as much teaching as I usually do while getting ready for a home birth. I suffered more nausea this time and I've been spending more time walking and on a birthing ball. I've also been spending more time in bed even though I'm not on rest rest. How can I catch up after the baby is born? My children want to watch the birth, but I' afraid they will distract my breathing and relaxing techniques. Any advice???
